apparently cbs has the rights to the name because they had a tv show in the 80's called equalizer. my guess is they slapped this together to keep the rights. sorta like how the hellraiser movies do. no idea why they made her do any athletic when they could just do like the movie and have her walk in rooms and clear shyt out and sit in diners in between murders? that explosion scene is as bad as Robert del Niro in the Irishman . this movie was great and it could have been cut and nothing would have changed.
