This actually a good debate especially considering Farooq WCW success. Let's break it down

- one of the greatest catchphrases. DAMN!

JBL. He became WWE champion when I wasn't watching regularly. When I heard he was champion I was like "the beer drinking, card playing partner of Faarooq is champion? :what:" I tuned in and saw the gimmick change and was like :ehh:

Faarooq is pretty much remembered for "Damn!" You ask most people and they would say they never knew he was WCW champion. First black world champion of a major wrestling promotion should be a bigger deal but it's almost ignored. Faarooq/Rob Simmons/NOD >>>>>>>>>> Faarooq APA
