overall ? Jay definitely......but........
i was only a youngin when Jay dropped RD etc..and i didn't really start listening to him and a lot of hip-hop seriously until i was 12 in like 2000 so as a fan listening to them both i enjoyed Cam's run of CHWM, DI, PH & KS more than i did of Jay's BP 1 and his run of albums afterwards if you get my drift.

Yeah but in all fairness purple haze is as lyrical and flavorful and RD. On top of the late just as lyrical
