Let's get one thing clear about Paul: if he could score like Curry, his teams would be in a much better position to win it all. The Clippers NEED him to take over games-Blake cannot create like he can on the perimeter especially late in games-but he just doesn't do so consistently enough. This is the lone flaw in his game as a player, aggression. He's not even getting trapped every possession like Steph does.

Put Paul on the Warriors today and they'd be a worse team without the dominant scorer that takes over games on a regular basis and attracts more gravity on & off ball than anyone in the league.

not so fast.

You exchange Paul and Curry...and the Clippers probably win last year.

Doc Rivers, Deandre Jordan, Paul Pierce, Blake Griffin, JJ Redikk (Jamal Crawford)
Steve Kerr, Andrew Bogut, Harrison Barnes, Draymond Green, Klay Thompson (Andre Igoudala)

:laff: Answer the question again. It is a very close argument. Because as far as individuals go:

Blake >>> Draymond Green
Deandre > Andrew Bogut (Bigger, better defender, more athletic, more reliable, better free throw shooter?)
Paul Pierce >> Harrison Barnes
JJ Reddikk < Klay Thompson
Jamal Crawford = Andre Igou (For what jamal lacks in defence he's better than Andre in offence)

There are obviously more players but fukk it...ima roll with Paul

You are an idiot. That doesn't even deserve a reply

lol is this 2008?
shyt i was going off last year. didnt realize how bad he's been lately

but you replied. :manny: youre the idiot

Blake Griffin is a top 10 player in the league and Deandre Jordan is unfortunately a top 3-5 center. Though I'd say Klay is a top 5 SG that right there gives him a better supporting cast than curry.

Yeah, that's what I'm saying.

They don't have the individual talent the Clips have, but their pieces mesh together and give everyone a nice role.

The Clippers are just a free-for-all with the occasional kick it to the open man for 3 or alley oop. They're never going to win.

I cant believe nikkas are even trying to make this a discussion :snoop:. Support is more than who can score 20 pts or jump high or has a more recognizable name. Its hilarious how folks stay hyping Blake and at the same time ignoring the instances where he gets punked just to shyt on CP3. The Warriors have the deeper, smarter, more poised squad AND the better PG.

After thinking about it i gotta go with the Clippers. They have a top 10 player in Dirk along with Paul and Jordan is probably top 30 at the minimum. With cats like Pierce and Josh Smith coming off the bench then i'll go with the Clippers. Still doesnt mean anything if they dont have the chemistry to make it work though.
