I had them in Mexico last year at 3 different spots , one of them was really good compared to other two. I have a decent local spot here but not as good as in Mexico. Locally , they make a quesabirria and they make them with cheese and meat with the consome juice on the side. I haven't tried the ones at El Pollo Loco yet...they just started putting it on their menu out here in CA.
