After living in New York City for years and then moving out to Colorado, New York City Mexican food just does not compare. it's still good though.
im an expert. birria is the truth but hard to find any real birria retail. it should be cooked slow overnight but most people getting that quick batch style. best i had was my girls uncle made some. and if you getting it outside cali its even worse

Houston has several fire black owned birria spots. The quesidillas are better.
