Cruise, but i feel like Will never had a stretch where people hated him. he had a bad run for a while, but i don't think people were rooting against him. Cruise went off the rails when he jumped on Oprah's couch. this is easily researchable and i'm probably wrong, but i bet Will had more $15 mil + paydays than Cruise. ... yeah, that's probably wrong. eh, maybe not.
