Who has more clout with women, famous high ranking politicians or famous pastors and televangelists?
Good question. This is actually very similar to the musician/athlete debate. Just like your avg musician will have groupies lined up even if he still playing on street corners, your avg neighborhood pastor will have groupies by default.
The sameway your avg ballplayer at YMCA ain't getting women, your avg politician at the city or even state level might as well not exist. Most adult women don't even know who their city council members and or Lt. governor's are. They would only have pull within their administration employees.
But at the high lvl of senators, reps, cabinet members and presidents versus your TD Jakes, creflo dollar, Kenneth Copeland types, I think your super pastors still win, but by a much closer margin.
I think only heads of state can equate to the divine pull that Joel Osteen has on women. Religious leaders can devilishly play with emotions, in addition to wielding their power. Your sub-president leaders just have their job to lean on.
And I think there is also an age limitation here, where outside of their young staffers or law students , sub-president lvl politicians only inspire the minds of old women. Compare that to an old dude like TD Jakes Jenzen Franklin who have legions of 20something and 30something women at their beck and call (in addition to those womens' mother's and grannies too.)
