Wall is more athletic but Kyrie is 2 years younger.
I think playing next to Bron and going deep in the playoffs will do wonders for Irvings game.
And help his development tremendously.
Now if he learns to make plays for others as well.
I remember in Duke he looked like a decent passer, i think part of the reason Kyrie doesn't get huge assist numbers is cuz of Blatts offense.
Not a shot at Blatt but that's just the way it is :pachaha:

Now who else wanna fukk with Hollywood Court?
no he would.. lebron would have to play PF at least 2 quarters a games..

john wall would have that Wade role the other two quaters..

so far this makes a better tandem for lebron as his FG% goes really high when he can post more.

No, LeBron does not like playing PF, which is why Kyrie makes such a good partner for him, the shooting allows LeBron to play his natural position.

The way the Cavs are set up around LeBron right now is ideal for his skillset, they don't need to play small with LeBron at a position he does not like playing.

this is true and i'd say its a positive from blatt's coaching. His offense, imo, has been why kyrie is just impossible to stop offensively. Part of the offense is designed to get kyrie good isolation opportunities against favorable match ups. He then can decide how to finish the play. He does not need 10 assists a game to win the team games.

For example, in last nights game, there were a couple plays designed to get kyrie an iso up top with 10 secs left on the shot clock against Jonas Jerebko :heh: We all saw how that turned out lmao.

That doesn't make any sense.

You don't have any facts. My evidence is that Kyrie's scoring has a bigger impact on the game than whatever Wall has on the game. Yes he is a better passer, but he doesn't run an efficient and fluid offense - so what's the point in averaging double-digit assists if you can't run a proper offense? Most PGs can dominate the ball for as long as Wall does and average a similar rate of assists. That's not impressive to the point it trumps what Kyrie can do on the floor.

His first postseason was abysmal. He played like absolute garbage.

Until can either a) run a top offense b) become a reliable scoring threat c)do both of these things than he won't be better than Kyrie.

my facts are wall leading his team to the post season and winning...you have no facts for kyrie's scoring being impactful enough to carry a team...all you use are excuses and scenarios...the fact that you can use wall post season stats against him when kyrie has no experience leading a team to the playoffs as a #1 option kills your entire argument...once again in bold capitalized letters if you didn't read it from me before in this thread...THE BOY AIN'T shyt WITHOUT BRON

Yes I think we all know what role Wittman has in this, but Wall plays a major part too. Wall's basically allowed to freelance out there, him pounding the ball into the ground and not looking to score or not being able to score more often than not is a major issue.

But who's telling Wall to pound it into bad ISOs? :wittman:

Wall has become an average shooter at best, he needs to become lethal by getting to the line and getting to above average with his shot. You are right that those are two areas he needs to get better at.

Wall can/will easily be a 20-10 player.

It depends on what you need, wall is a better PG on a team imo.

Kyrie is the better individual player.
