Use chatgpt. That's literally what I used to go from 60 to 90 and 90 to 100. It will tell you what you can claim and write the letters for you to VA then it will guide you through your c&p exam.

Facts. Made my claim easy as hell. Probably going 80 -> 100 because I got hurt in April. And ChatGPT told me I basically get backdated to April since my injury happened in the same year.

That being said I was too lazy to get a permanent shaving profile when I was in.

Don't use one of those companies who will help you for a percentage of your pay. They usualy want like 6 months of what they got you. My buddy recommended one to me and I tried them. The first thing they wanted me to do was say I had suicidal idealation so I could get 70%. I was like naw I'll work the system but I am not going to make shyt up. Plus I have guns. I don't need them getting taken away.

I finally got my C&P’s about to get scheduled. I have to postpone my stuff due to being out the country. I get back and called on August 23rd to have the BA put me back on schedule. It took them up until yesterday to get me back to scheduling.

But, they didn’t do mental health. In June, I got a mental health appt. I called Liedos yesterday and they said to call the VA. I called the VA and they said they sent me a letter. You can access your letters through VA.gov so I looked at it. They want me to write about my ptsd experience and provide my records. Luckily, I’m diagnosed through the VA citing my experience.

Has anybody gone through this before? Because I have a diagnosis, does that mean I will probably skip the mental health C&P?

My buddy said his migraine claim was just a questionnaire. Dude got 50% based of his questionnaire.

Hopefully I’ll get the right one. Pstd, sleep apnea, ED, tinnitus and rhinitis should be easy service connected.

My back and eczema will be the hard ones. I’m diagnosed through the VA but how will it be serviced connected will be the issue. I think I have med recs from 2013. If I don’t, I may need a few letters which I should be able to get. I have a 60 year olds back at 39. Got a new scan Saturday and it should arthritis and compressed discs. That’s not natural at my age.

I was at 70% for years then 90% for a couple more. the mental health upgrade made the difference.

I imagine they're gonna make that harder the PTSD gravy train is well known.

You gotta go through the treatment. Unless you got a Combat action badge or a Purple nurple you gotta take at least the group therapy the docs will write the evidence up. They put you on Traz or something and you're gucci.
