First ever live concert I witnessed was plies in 06…and he was the best concert I attended…this nikka ROCKED the stage for like an hr, and this was the era when nikkas was coming thru my city, jump on stage at 1:50 and the club close at 2

Seen the youngbloods at the same venue they were decent…highlight of that night was some nikka getting KNOCKED THE fukk OUT right beside me, they had to drag breh out the club

Next was young dro, Daytona BCR 07…he came out on stage in all orange and rocked that bytch…while I’m in the club my phone was blowing up…my bm…then my gf who became bm2…then my moms…bm2 went home during spring break and met up with bm1 and beat her ass :russ:

Boosie and webbie was supposed to preform at this club in Daytona…I was going to BCU at the time and Boosie and webbie were at their height of popularity…I was more of a webbie fan back then, but Boosie had real life Stans…Boosie got sick and was in the hospital and didn’t show, so most ppl didn’t come…webbie still preformed for a crowd of like 20 in a big ass 2 story club

We ended up getting a major club in my city that’s still talked about till this day, had a lot of big time nikkas come thru…here I seen 2 chains preform when TRU mixtape was out…it was like 40 ppl in attendance but he did his thang

Future in Orlando mother day 2015…he had the whole club rockin…this was a few months before DS2 came out

Migos Christmas night 2015…at this country western club called county line with a big ass confederate flag hanging from the ceiling…that shyt was jam packed but them nikkas kinda sucked

Mozzy in 2016 came to town at a lil hole in the wall club..he killed that shyt tho…it was my homeboys gfs dads club so anytime we went we’re were vip with bottles…he killed dat hoe…I was supposed to set up in front the club and sell chicken wings, but I wanted to see him perform…when it was over I rushed outside to try and set up, and by the time the grease was hot ppl were tired of waiting and left…the few that did hang around was fukkin wit my wings hard

I believe the last concert I attended was Jeezy Florida classic weekend 2017…now he was supposed to come to my city in like 2010…I was so hype for that shyt I bought a ticket about a month in advance…the promoters were janky and jeezy cancelled :martin: had to get a refund…but classic weekend was definitely going to see this nikka…man it was like a church praise session in that bytch…he ain’t have to say a word, the crowd recited every lyric to every song

I would say no one has done more to hurt their legacy than Wu-Tang. Over the years the average Wu-Tang concert has either been cancelled before it happened or started at 1 AM with two members present and 90 random people on stage for no discernible reason. They’re doing somewhat ok with the nostalgia tours but they’re cemented as a WOAT live act.
KRS-One, Heltah Skeltah, JID, ASAP Rocky, Denzel Curry, Jay-Z and Busta Rhymes before he got fat and lazy are all in discussion for incredible live shows

Best:

Busta Rhymes at Rock the Bells 2022 :banderas: Should have saved him for the closing act or ended the show after

Saw KRS-One 2 weeks ago at a festival and he ran the whole show.

The LOX. Theyre good at festivals but you gotta see them when they doing their own thing. Setlist was loaded with deep cuts and everyone put in work :wow:

Worst:

Boldy James. Came on mad late. He did his thing but he wasn't feeling the crowd so he stopped early :snoop:

Best was outkast in 2014.

Worst was young thug in 2016.

*Asap Rocky in 2014 at that same show might've actually been the worst. Was mad that nobody was into his set except for when ferg came out. fukking problems skipped and he got mad and said he's not doing it.

Best was LL Cool J for free at the AFRAM back around the time Headsprung was out. Best show ever. LL is an icon

Red and Meth, Alicia Keys, De La, Nas and Mary J and the Roots were also very dope shows

The worst I saw Ghostface and I saw Lupe open up for Erykah Badu. Didn’t even know he was gonna be there but that nikka was terrible

I get a chance to watch DMX few years ago, maybe a year or 2 before he died. That show was amazing. X just killed it.

Worst was maybe Est Gee when he opened for Future 2 years ago. Dude sucked.

Best was a Tie between The Internet and Maxwell.

They went way over time, performed shyt that wasn’t on their set lists.

The fire dept had to damn near kick us out of both internet shows. They rocked the fukk out of the Seattle and Atlanta venues, had people crying and all kinds of shyt. Each member played multiple songs from future solo projects they were working on, at the Atlanta show.

Maxwell turned that shyt into a party and the venue just had to give the fukk up and let him perform. Joe started late so Maxwell was like “I’m doing my whole shyt, plus more to make up for it”.

Runner up was D’Angelo touring “Brown Sugar” followed up by George Clinton and the Parliament in Houston, TX. I think the whole venue was sweaty from dancing. It was a cool “old vs new” experience.

Also Morris Day and the Time. Way before my time but even us teenagers were hyped from the energy. Had the aunties dripping puddles lol.

TDE and Kendrick Lamar (Atlanta DAMN tour stop) was a good ass show. Lots of energy and crowd interaction. A sea of black people, old and young, and everybody knew the words to his shyt.

The worst was probably Immature. They were also a part of the D’Angelo/George Clinton 1995ish show. Nothing went wrong, just nobody liked their music aside from preteen girls. It got pretty dead, pretty quick.

I saw Erykah, Miguel, and Wale live in Atlanta. She was like an hour late, but squeezed so much in. I should have put her as the best experience because I was mesmerized by her ass and hips.
