I rather make $23 an hour union than $35 an hour corporate/white collar...if you unionized you know where I’m coming from
I got wrote up for some bs and almost suspended without pay, called the union rep up and shyt was cleared up by lunch time

I work w/ the GC for a union federation and a union-side law firm.
Unions are GOAT.
More control over hours, wages, benefits, reducing abuse, strengthening the workplace to outside communities, etc.

nah, it goes by who they like. They use seniority loosely, but if you are in the "inner" circle you can get a vacation whenever. Not with union jobs. I've been non union majority of my adult life. Now I'm in a union job. They hooked me up with my birthday but anniversary no Bueno or my wife's B-day. If I was at the old one I would of got it no questions asked.
