Who here owns a convertible? What is it like to own and drive one?

I never cared for them at first, but now they're starting to gain my interest. Convertible, V8, 6 speed sounds like a nice combo. It gets cold here, but the cold dont bother me, I've had my sunroof open on winter days. Ive read some vert owners do it in 40 degrees with the heat on and the heated seats and steering wheel.

Biggest con seems to be wind noise on the highway.

depends where you live but i dont like them. my mom has ONE and when i ride with her in hot ass la the sun beam down on you and cooks your brain

I've only owned a 1974 Oldsmobile Delta 88,1974 Cadillac El Dorado,1971 Pontiac Grandville,1976 Cadillac El Dorado, and currently a 1975 Buick LeSabre.

All of them are fun, my favorite was the 76 Dog. It was the quickest and they all turned heads.

I have a jeep wrangler. I had the hard top and it was really heavy duty so it was a hassle to take it all the way off. But it is amazing when it is off. That's my baby

But now I mostly drive my defender. That's my new baby lol. Hard to go back but at least it got a moonroof
