NC girl has only been charged so far, conviction still to come. Will be interesting to see if her judge takes their cue from the precedent set forth by this GA judge. And I’m curious what the teacher who has also been charged, will get as well.

I wish my son would put his hands on a teacher or administrator. He wouldn't have to worry about law enforcement, he would have to worry me kicking his azz.
