Lets put it this way.

Beans best attribute is scoring.

LeBrons 3rd, maybe even 4th best attribute is scoring.

Yet LeBron is a better scorer than Bean. Higher career ppg. Better efficiency. Better 3 pt shooter on more attempts. Better playoff scoring average. Actually a good NBA finals performer (seriously, go look at Kobe statlines and LOL.) That means LeBrons 3rd/4th best skill, is better than Kobe’s best. :mjlol:

LeBron. The only argument people seem to be able to make for Kobe being better than LeBron is literally that Kobe has 5 rings & LeBron only has 3 rings. Which they completely ignore the fact that Kobe wasn't the #1 guy on his team for his first 3 rings (while LeBron was the #1 on all 3 of his rings) & you replace Kobe from that early 2000's Lakers team with Tracey McGrady, Dwyane Wade, KD, & etc., the Lakers would've still won those titles.

Kobe didn't even have a single season in the top 250 overall for True shooting percentage

Didn't have a single season in the top 200 for win shares per 48

His best season (2005-2006) was the 59th best season according to PER and 155th best
according to Box plus minus

Like @Darealtwo1 says demar with more help

All he would have to do is score 18ppg on 39% shooting and Demar would have a min of 2 chips :wow:

FOH with this “not close”

Its ok to think Bron is better, but FOH saying its not close. More former players and dudes that have been around the game have said Bean >>> Bron so what the hell u talking about, its not close?

Because it really isn’t close. :yeshrug:

If we’re making a list of all-time NBA greats, there are going to be around 5-6 players separating Lebron from Kobe. That’s what makes this debate so stupid and pointless.
