KD is averaging 9 rebounds and 5 assists on a team with 3 other all stars. You dont think those numbers would increase if he was the only star on the team playing hero ball every night?

This already happened when westbrook was injured a few years back. Durant aint a playmaker and his rebounds increased due to warriors being so bad at boarding.

the sad thing is that you're dead serious with this

The sad thing is people honestly believe just anyone can average a triple double now that west is doing it. There was 60 years in which people could have done it, never happened and Durant isnt capable of averaging 10 assists a game; youre out of your mind thinking that.

It's a wash :manny:

I agree.

They are equals, KD's style is more conducive to winning because he doesn't require the ball, and he's a better defensive player mostly because of his height.

But you need guys with Westbrook's intangibles to win in the playoffs, and he's going to put up gaudier numbers than KD.

Both are hall of famers and 2 of the greatest players of this generation.

There are 30 teams in the league and Warriors are 10th in the league in team rebounds so no they arent bad at rebounding. You must only watch KD a couple times a year to think he isnt a play maker. I watch the guy every game dribbling like a point guard and finding the open player for the assist.

I'm sorry but you can't be better than the guy who has enough courage to stick around for the long haul while you flip sides like a straight up poosy :camby::hubie:

Ive watched the thunder for years. Thanks for letting me know you are basing your entire opinion on his "playmaking" on the warriors where he's surrounded by shooters in a system offense based around ball movement.

He doesnt dribble like a point guard either, the majority of his turnovers last year where he got stripped off the dribble.

If you watched Kevin Durant regularly you would be accustomed to seeing him make assists from penetrating off the drive and passing out of it. You are trying to give off the image that he's just swinging the ball to the open man. If you think he cant dribble then I dont know what to tell you lol. He crosses nikkas over damn near every game. How can a player that was known for being an ISO player his entire career not be good at dribbling? Im still baffled by the fact that you dont think he's a playmaker. Based off your assessment of him I might as well talk to a wall, real basketball heads know wassup im not gonna waste my post count on this.

If you watched him play on the Thunder without Westbrook you would know he cannot average anywhere near 10 assists a game.

And you shyt as a basketball poster, no one knows you.:hubie:
