Yeah laurel and Bowie count. DMV really only refers to the greater DC area. In Maryland anything past PG and Moco is kind of stretching. But then there's grey areas like Laurel is in like 4 different counties

DMV is the DC metropolitan area. In Maryland, PG county, Montgomery, and Frederick counties are considered the DMV. Ellicott City, Columbia, and Arundel Mills are in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
