Who is going to Spirit Halloween in July?

I saw a Spirit Halloween open last week and a few more this week. Are people really in there shopping for Halloween decorations that early? I guess you'd need some time if you're trying to build an elaborate ass haunted house or something, but it's still pool season who is thinking about Halloween?
