Every retail store in the country. Tell him to get a seasonal job at Toys R Us.

Lots of seasonal help gonna be posted in the next few weeks. Tell him to hit up Target, Toys R Us, Macy's, JCPenney and hit up some malls who looking for seasonal too.

Sometimes you can work a seasonal job and they will hire you permanently.

Since it's close to the holidays he should check out Target, Toys R Us, JCPenney and etc.
