I mean...when it comes to black, urban music those two have probably done more for than any of their peers in my eyes.

Pharrell had the successful fashion brand...but Kanye seems to be more fashionable himself

Production could easily be a toss up

Pharrell seems to be more commercially successful but kanye gets that art-avant crowd love.

As an overall artist, Kanye is more influential. Strictly as a producer, Pharrell is easily more influential especially when his work with Chad as The Neptunes is taken into consideration. There's a reason they made an album called Attack of the Clones because after they dropped "Grindin", everybody was out here jackin' The Neptunes sound.
