He came in the game wearing polos? nikkas been wearing polos before kanye..

True. But he was wearing polos AND not following the typical studio gangsta role. And he still found mainstream success across all audiences.

As an overall artist, Kanye is more influential. Strictly as a producer, Pharrell is easily more influential especially when his work with Chad as The Neptunes is taken into consideration. There's a reason they made an album called Attack of the Clones because after they dropped "Grindin", everybody was out here jackin' The Neptunes sound.

No. Kanye became influential pretty quickly.
The only rapper to come out as a consequence of Kanye between 04-06 was Lupe who's album was flop and had little to no impact. The Game sold more than Kanye West in 2005. Don't re-write history Kanye was an odiety in hiphop till the culture shifted from the streets in 07.

Lupe's album had little to no impact? :usure:

And of course The Game sold more. He was red hot at the time and 50 Cent was backing him.

I wasn't even talking about album sales.
