this board is going to hell.

what does this have to do with anything?

OP ased who is more talented. not who you'd want your sister around.
I will correct myself usher had more classics, better songs and more approach because his pr skills and media training is/was better

Chris brown is a better dancer and has a better vocal range, please he is tall and light skin so there's that too

Ursher...

Needs to stay away from that techno sounding euro pop shyt like 'DJ Got us Falling in Love' tho :scust:

lol.
i remember when usher first came out and flopped.
trust, if anybody's votes are riddled with timeline bias, its the usher voters.

:dahell:
What that got to do with anything?

NY all day..Da Stead & BK..
i dont remember the chit like that but the whole tape wasnt racey.

and thats just a miniscule point.

we gonna act like he his struggle-vocals werent clowned?
we gonna act like there werent bigger & better singers in his direct lane?
we gonna act like he was the only teenaged singer doing that?
nikka who cares if there were bigger and better singers. Dont mean his shyt was wack. I never said the nikka was killin the game in 94 so u arguing wit yaself. I said his catalog from 94 thru Confessions shyts on Chris'...and theres no debating that.

while Chris was still the golden boy he dropped a weak second album compared to his first one. And the first one aint even fukkin wit none of Usher's shyt Confessions and prior. He made better music cause he made better music. Period. All these excuses sound crazy to me. The both benefit from having writers. So there's that. And Chris doesnt have better vocal range than Usher either. What do u nikkas be listening to?..lol

you came in saying HIS RUN was from '94 til whenever.

thread title says "who is more talented".

usher having a better catalog is more of a testament to jermaine dupri, jam & lewis, la reid. hes more of a product than an artist.

I saw what the thread title said..did u read the original post along wit the thread title tho?..u OBVIOUSLY didnt cause he CLEARLY said to factor music and catalog in..ok then. And no. Chris isnt more talented than Usher. U just been fukkin talkin in circles and its pointless for me to keep explaining what I meant cause it clearly doesnt matter to u. I made myself perfectly clear. Yet u keep arguing points I never tried to make in the first place. And this is how u do. U do things like that and/or move goal posts until u either feel like u "won" a debate or u leave the other person completely exhausted cause u could literally go on forever bro..lol. Im honestly not in the mood for it. If u dont think Usher is as talented as Chris. More power to u. Regardless. One thing u CANT deny. Is the Usher has the superior catalog. Blame it on whomever u want. Which I can do for PLENTY of great RnB artists..about 80% of em actually but u knew that. U use anything u can if it fits ur rhetoric to argue against someone u feel is overrated. But not someone who u feel is underrated tho. And Chris aint no damn writer either so the whole point is moot. And if u think he write his own rap shyt u wrong about that too. These are things I know from my sources in the industry. So if u wanna have the last word. Go ahead. But I know what I know and no matter what u say. It doesnt change that fact. Have a good night bruh..lol

One more thing. If u think Chris has more vocal range or can do the same type of songs Usher can imma just say u dont know wtf u talkin bout. And tell me what producer u know that would say this shyt cause its just not true. Chris has a whiny tone to his voice. He couldnt do a song like Good Kisser. He doesnt sound grown enough to do smooth shyt like Seduction or Can U Handle It. He cant even attempt a falsetto. Which Usher experiments with all the time. Usher can bring his sound in a bunch of different directions that Chris cant and u have ZERO proof of otherwise. Usher has the songs to prove it. He has more soul in his voice than Chris. This is a fact.

Either way Ginuwine>>>>>Both..

@Homeboy Runny-Ray okay whatever... but what difference does it make if the quality of product is massively different?

That's what separates Janet Jackson from so many female artists. Her dancing is great but in every other category in talent she could get beat. But for me - aligning yourself with great producers and writers is part of being a great artist. You have the choice to do what you want and work with who you want. Chose your management. Chose your friends.

Chris Brown can't dress. And he can't make great music on a consistent basis.

Kanye West can't rap superbly, can't sing, is ugly, can't dance, needs help writing, needs help producing.. But musically, his ear and what's between them, has made him a great artist. That's a massive talent.

:aicmon: I forgot (or didn't even know) that "With You" was a Chris Brown hit until this past couple of months.

I think I must've ignored that song when it was out as a single. Looking at Chris Brown's Billboard chart history it looks like it was an even bigger hit on Pop Radio & Rhythmic Radio (#1 hit on both) than it was on Urban Radio (peaked at #5).

:dahell: As soon as I heard that Chris Brown was doing an album with Tyga instead of putting out another single after "New Flame", I was :scust:.

:mjlol: At you having expectations from a Tyga-Chris Brown album.

Chris Brown is overly more natural talent than Usher but Usher's track record murders Bhris Breezy...
