The Hawks have practically the same core that they did last year though. Horford, Millsap, Teague, Korver, Carroll, Schroeder, Scott. They usually give the award to whichever GM made the best additions in the prior offseason

Anyway to answer the question, the Cavs GM will win.

Where would you rate Baby McHale's efforts to push through his Snake Plissken transformation and carry the Celtics to a win, in history? Up there with Ronnie Lott's 'amputated' finger?
