Female Uncle Tom. I actually am not a fan of using it to describe black women who just sleep with white men. That isn't something I think black women should be derided for. They can live their lives and be with who they want.

However if your associating/sleeping with racist as a black woman to get ahead...... then bed wench is a better term than most.
