Kawhi is understandable but Hayward does not belong on that list. Ben Simmons does though.

Kyrie is nice but he’s never proven himself as the best player in the east, or even his team for that matter. It’s not fair to group him in with dudes like Giannis, Wall/Beal, Embiid/Ben, and Kawhi that have to carry their team to the playoffs every year.
Kyrie was the best player on the Cavs before Bron came back and he's the best player on the Celtics currently.
Hayward though?

He was never healthy in his first 3 seasons, and he lead them to 2 straight #1 pick selections. He is nice, but like I he has never proven himself as the best player on his team.

Kawhi, I think he'll be fine after the injury and will play on the same level he did with San Antonio. 
After Kawhi, I'd go with Giannis.
