if you going off of lyrics, flow, just all around great presence, the fight is between Wayne and Fiend...I prefer Fiend because I'm a No Limit head all day, but Wayne's Carter 1 and 2 are amazing albums and put him up there; But Fiend been putting it down since '95 and all his albums are slept on, especially Street Life, which I argue with Serv-On's Life Insurance and Prime Suspects' Guilty til proven Innocent are the three most slept on No Limit/Louisiana albums ever...
Soulja Slim is third behind those 2...dude was a monster and one of my favorites of all time
