Kendricks tone is so fukkin boring I lose interest after the second bar. No way that nikka telling me a story. Maybe a bedtime one
People bytch about Cole on Wet Dreamz not realizing that it went with the concept of the album. "January 28th" being the birth, "Wet Dreamz" freshman in highscool, and "03 Adolescence"senior in high school. "A Tale of 2 Citiez" is that summer after graduating making that decision to move out of the city and pursue his dreams. "Fire Squad" taking a leap and stamping his way in the rap game. "St.Tropez" made it in the game beat the sophomore slump and is on the way to fame aka HOLLYWOOD.
"G.O.M.D." and "No Role Modelz" is the experience after reaching fame. These hoes throwing themselves at him.
"Hello","Apparently",and "Love Yourz" is him addressing the changes within himself and his relationships.

Kendrick and it isn't even close IMO. I like J.Cole but like another breh said GKMC was like a novel. Shyt was more heartfelt and raw to me. I can relate to a lot of Cole's stories which is why I like him, but Kendrick's made an impact.
I think some of y'all need to go back and listen to GKMC.
