Junior Kyle was that level of dumbness that was uncomfortable to watch. Dude was blantenly dumb as hell but it didn't stop his own mother and father to constantly slap him across the head multiple times to show their disappointment of having a borderline retarded son. Plus I don't remember him having any true friends and even his sisters didn't want to claim his dumb ass.

Junior from My Wife and Kids. Easily my biggest pet peeve is when a sitcom will make a character unrealistically stupid for cheap humor. Whether it's Three's Company with Chrissy or Kelso from That 70s Show.

In Cat's case, in season 1 she talked like a regular white teen girl, who just happened to be a little ditzy/silly.....by season 3 she literally talked slower and raspier like she was mentally challenged, and she forgot the number 3 when counting things
