Jack the Ripper - 100+ years later and everyone still knows his name. Pretty mich birthed serial killers so u gotta give him his dues. Never been caught also.

Zodiac - Killed in modern times, never been caught even tho he was sending all those letters. If he ain't the best hes def the smartest of em all.

Ted Bundy - Gotta give him the #1 spot just based of that body count. Think about it...this dude was killing in the US in times of modern technology/crime detection techniques and still racked up 30+ kills that they could pin on him....hell the actual number could be over 100. That shyt is unthinkable

I gotta go with the Zodiac.

The guy was just amazingly smart, played crazy mind games with the cops, was constantly sending letters to them almost like he was trying to get caught.
But he was to good, he was never even found.

Who else would cut bloody pieces from the shirt one of his victims wore and mail it to the authorities? Also, after his second known murder, he calls the police from a payphone near the station and gives them directions to the murder scene and describes in detail how he executed it (describing the victim's car, clothes, as well as how many shots he let off in them), and before hanging up, he confesses to a previous double murder the winter before.

What about Son of Sam? I remember my friend told me that one of his first girlfriend's mother grew up in Brooklyn and went to High School with dude. She showed my friend pictures of him in the yearbook, he was on the baseball team, crazy.

Anyway she was convinced she had a run in with him during his reign of terror. She told him how her and her boyfriend were out on a date and that they realized they were being followed late at night. Both of them very nervous and aware of what was going on the boyfriend reached into the glove compartment and bulled out a big knife and proceed to roll down the window and flash the knife to the car behind them. The car then disappeared. Never really know for sure, but creepy nonetheless.

Later he claimed to have killed 40 women and has also implied that there were more than 80 victims in total. Police considers Watts a suspect in 90 unsolved murders. He was given a 60 years life sentence and died of cancer.

i forgot where i heard it but there was something about how many serial killers have an interest in law enforcement and policing. guess that's how they're able to evade capture.

never really saw the son of sam like all the rest of the serial killers. it seemed like it was random and unorganized like he was lashing out on people for whatever reason. it doesn't seem like it was compulsively done like the rest of them where they killed because they had the urge to do it or they got a high off of it. i think the worst ones are like that.

there's the publicized serial killers and the unknown ones. what irks me is how they publicize and glorify the white serial killers where they try to act sympathic towards them giving them hour long tv specials about how they're just like all of us normal people. they have the nerve to try to paint these guys as lost boys that went astray instead of just cutting to the chase and saying that they were sick in the head and sociopaths. that's it. they're NOT normal. they're fukking sick. hell, they try to make the public believe that serial killers can only be white. they try to down play the black, asian and nonwhite ones hard as hell as if they don't exist. they damn sure don't show any sympathy or dedicate any tv show to them either. make the white serial killers look all normal and yet treat everybody else like they're freaks and weirdos. america i tell you.

it's crazy. you will hear more about the serial killer and his life compared to his victims if he/she is white where they're basically feeling sorry for him. it's the exact opposite if he's nonwhite. i've seen a few serial killer documentaries on black serial killers like coral eugene watts. the crazy thing is despite having a high murder count compared to dahmer and possibly bundy, the documentary focused more on his victim than him. amazing. i guess it's because they expect us to behave that way where if it's a white person killing somebody, it's "abnormal".
