I'll have to go with Jackie in Roseanne.

She has more memorable scene than Roseanne and got the Emmy's to show for it.
Scenes Off the top of my head:
Fisher beating her
Dad's dead to deaf aunt
In the tub high as hell off the loud pack
Making breakfast not knowing the power off
They did make her character kinda crazy as the seasons went on but I don't think that show would've been nearly as successful n entertaining without Laurie metcalf.plus her and Roseanne chemistry was ..like real sisters

But Martin wins the 90s all-around category for having the best group of sidekicks. Tommy, Pam and Cole were all perfect.
