Nas is my favorite, and IMO the best MC ever. But most gifted has to be Kendrick. He has the voice, lyrics, flow, can speed it up, slow it down, do all the same weird octave shyt Em does, story telling, hard shyt, soft shyt, funny, self depreciating, introspective. Im had pressed to think of a more complete MC through and through. .

Lyrically Lupe is better than Jay-z, he is Jay-z on steroids as a lyricist...or a better description would be he is the thinking man's Jay-z, but that's another topic
But considering all them things you mentioned, and just raw talent, I gotta give it to Jay-z.
Moreso early Jay-z, circa 96-97, unbelievable skills, every category of rapping was like a 9 or 10.
