As much as I hate to say it, Niners blow us out in that situation.

The thing with the Lions is that more often than not, it takes all four quarters to beat them. This same team had SF dead to rights in the playoffs but didn't close. They've gotten better since. But the Rams are very well coached and perhaps better than we thought.
