Talent doesn't have to play a factor. Can be their NBA personality etc. Mine...

LeBron James- Been since his first nationally televised high school game. Gave me a reason to get back into watching the NBA as much as I did in the 90s.

Russell Westbrook- Been is just a savage and fun to watch.

Steph Curry- Watching him shoot teams out the gym is amazing.

All time gotta be Kevin Johnson.
Grew up a Suns fan and he was the home town hero.

Currently, probably Giannis or Kawhi. Just love their games.

Brandon Roy - really strong all-around game on offense despite not having next-level athleticism, and was just uncanny, ridiculously good in pressure situations

The greatest series of game-winners in one game in NBA history

Arvydas Sabonis - just fun to watch a guy do things that no other big of his era was doing. Nailing threes, behind-the-back passes, unique side-hook and off-angle shots. Hilarious off-court stories too.

LeBron James - incredible all-around game, someone who could go down as the most prolific scorer in history but who could take over games with his passing or defense instead, someone who could be the most unstoppable driver in history but who could take over games with his outside shooting or post game instead. And unassailable off the court.

My uncle ditched the Bulls once MJ retired and started following Scottie in Portland so I caught quite a bit of their games in that era.

Arvydas is THE greatest passing big of all time and its not even close to being close. Every outlet, inbounds, post reset, was fukking perfect and he made it all look effortless.

We got robbed of seeing his whole career in the NBA

Baron Davis.

Charlote Hornets were my favorite team, and his game was so explosive. I’ll never forget that series in either 2000 or 2001 against the Magics where he went toe to toe against TMac and got the best of him.

My aunt used to be a season ticket holder and I was able to get my jersey signed by him also

All time- Bron, T-Mac, CP3, Gilbert Arenas. The only jerseys I own. All possessed a game that is aesthetically pleasing to me for completely different reasons. Plus Bron and CP3 are great personalities off the court.

Currently- Bron, CP3, Wall, Beal, Otto, Harden, Curry, Oladipo, PG13, Lonzo.

The Blazers drafted Sabonis in 1986. If he had managed to come over then and the Soviets had never overworked and aggravated his leg injuries until his knees and ankles were destroyed, he would have been an incredible force. Like if you combined Bill Walton and Toni Kukoc into one player. Kevin Duckworth was the weak link on the Blazers by the 1990s, mediocre on offense and useless on defense, and the Blazers still made the 1990 and 1992 Finals anyway, nearly taking the Bulls to 7 in 1992. Their big shortcomings were no three-point shooting, no inside scoring, no inside defense, and a tendency towards low-IQ play when the going got tough. Sabonis would have been a HUGE upgrade from Duckworth and addressed all of those gaps. Put a healthy Sabonis on the Blazers and the Blazers would have been the dominant force in the NBA from 1990-1995.

One thing all three of my picks had in common was that their bball IQ is out of their world. Roy, Sabonis, and LeBron always know what the right play is and make it.

I forgot to include CP3 but I have him up there for the same reasons. He has brilliant bball IQ, always making the right play, both a great scorer and an all-time passer while also being one of the most hard-nosed defenders in the league. And did it all at just 6'0" without next-level athleticism either.

Kevin Garnett- his intensity and trash talk made games entertaining. Been a fan since his MVP season in Minny. Used to try to emulate him on the court in junior high.

KD- Seen him play twice in person. Dope to watch. just scores so effortlessly. Rarely does he look like he’s expending any energy when he’s got the ball.

Russell Westbrook- his tenacity reminds me of A.I. and he wasn't my all time favorite player, plus when people were shytting on him to up Durant it made me root for him harder

Ben Simmons- Went to LSU and me being a PG when I played I love his passing ability and court vision
