Norfeast groovin…
Kobe - became a fan when he wasn’t legal drinking age. I loved his arrogance on the court and me being young at the time I thought it was amazing that a barely 20 something was playing so fearlessly and talking shyt at that. From then until the end the best player I ever saw with a game second only to Jordan amongst the smalls.

AI - a round the way nikka that became an NBA superstar and defined an era style wise. He was the apex of the now nearly symbiotic relationship between the NBA and Hip Hop culture. Released the hardest track by an athlete ever which made C.Delores Tucker and David Stern unite to stop the album release. Plus I heard many legends of his exploits in VA, that’s a wild nikka....:russ:

Josh Smith. Before Lebron made chase down blocks popular there was J-smoove. Plus in his younger days he dunked on everyone :banderas:. Also the windmill king. Shame that he fell off :mjcry:

big T-Mac fan because watched him at Mt. Zion. the game came easy to him.
big C-Webb fan. such a dominant player in HS and college. athletic but smart. great passer and IQ.
MJ, highlight in every game but so dominant.
Clyde, graceful player that could do it all.
Dumars, probably the best player with the least amount of flash to his game.
Dominique. See nickname.
Magic, Showtime. Best and most entertaining passer on the break ever and its not even close.

today...

Bron. Best combination of brawn and brains ever.
KD. Sometimes he is off when he ISOs, but when he is on, which is most of the time, he is the most beautiful looking offensive player I ever seen.
Steph. the confidence to pull from half court.
Kawhi. Just plays ball....fukk all that other shyt.
Russ. Today's fiercest competitor.
Ben Simmons.......this boy is a dog. Plays with attitude and confidence. If only he could get that jumper right.

My uncle ditched the Bulls once MJ retired and started following Scottie in Portland so I caught quite a bit of their games in that era.

Arvydas is THE greatest passing big of all time and its not even close to being close. Every outlet, inbounds, post reset, was fukking perfect and he made it all look effortless.

We got robbed of seeing his whole career in the NBA
Jokic already surpassed him :stopitslime:

Foh at not being close there’s a bunch of other elite passing bigs the Sabonis hyperbole never ceases to amaze me.

Brandon Roy - really strong all-around game on offense despite not having next-level athleticism, and was just uncanny, ridiculously good in pressure situations

The greatest series of game-winners in one game in NBA history

Man... Brandon Roy really had next.... :sadcam:.

His ceiling wasn't very high because he didn't have much athleticism and he came into the league at 22. But he was already a top-10 player by his 3rd season and could have stayed there indefinitely if not for the injuries.

Yup. He already had the look of a seasoned vet. Damn shame.
