do people realize Chuck Pagano hasn't coached at all this season? :what:

Bruce Arians would get my vote. idk if he's eligible tho since he's an interim

There's a possibility that Mike Tomlin will get it for coaching with so many injuries. If the Bengals make it to the playoffs then Marvin Lewis may have a say.

Colts make the playoffs Arians/Pagano combo is a lock.

Will be biggest turnaround in terms of wins, probably an improvement of 8 games minimum. Colts were expected by the media to be the worst team in the league prior to this season.
Also got a rookie QB and RB.
There's no clear cut dominate team. Top 4 AFC teams will all hover around the same record and nothing going on in the NFC.
Plus the whole Leukemia thing.

Lol at Gary Kubiak being mentioned.

I hope Arians wins and some team takes the bait and hires him as their HC.

Mike Smith and Kubiak shouldn't be in the discussion with their overrated soft ass schedules.

If Seahawks finish 11-5 and win the division i'd give it to Carroll.
if Patriots finish the season 13-3 and on a 10 game winning streak, I'd give it to Bellicheck.
