Who lies more: Women or Men?

Kind of a childish question, no offense.
But rather than who lies more, I'm probably more interested in the types of lies that men and women tell.
In my experience, a lot of women haven't outright lied to me, but they have told me, like, only part of a story. Or only part of their feelings/opinions. And in a way, that's kind of dishonest...depending on the conversation.
It seems, also, that a lot of women in general lie or hold back being completely honest because they're afraid to hurt someone's feelings.
Well, let me be fair...a lot of men do that, too.
Maybe that's all part of the "games" that people play.
