Never been a city person. At least, not an NYC person.

It's cool because I work here and there's a lot to do and lots of different things and different people.

But I'm a more chill dude that likes a lower key environment. Having the ability to visit the city to do stuff now and then is great. Living here would be draining.

There are some 2k a month apartments for a roach box in UES but they are in all old buildings that haven't been upgraded since the 70's.

i always tell people the only way i'd live in NYC again is if they paid me to live there. i wouldn't ever go back and set up camp unless there was a guarantee i was getting broke off.

yes, but i'm more specifically referring to manhattan as i'm from east harlem. the other boroughs never concerned me too much. i don't think i'd want to live in the outer boroughs anyways

Are the properties really that crazy? Your just payin for the history nd the main inflated cost. The right "just to say" u live there. Seen crazier properties in pa or nj wit triple quadruple the land at nowhere near those narcissistic costs
