Truth is this though, the closer you live to the park the more expensive it gets. When people talk about how expensive UES is, it's normally 5th, Madison, Park and Lex. You still got East End, York, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

I live in a flex 2bdrm on 1st, and it's nowhere near as expensive as it is on the more "famous" avenues. Even tho it's still expensive.

I used to live on E90th, in a postage stamp sized studio for 1300 a month. shyt was like 16 feet by 10.... with a kitchen....ette I only lasted a year in those conditions. But damn it's nice waking up in the city... even the bodegas have delivery in that area.

yes, but i'm more specifically referring to manhattan as i'm from east harlem. the other boroughs never concerned me too much. i don't think i'd want to live in the outer boroughs anyways

east harlem is basically an extension of the south Bronx foh
