Because it was a ludicrous attempt to identify with a people whose only connection to you is through the DNA on one side of your family. You did all kinds of internet research, desperately trying to cobble together some kind of SE Asian identity for yourself, regardless of whether or not it's grounded in the present, in one country or another, in archaic genetic populations, or in long dead empires. The ASEAN union is geopolitical, not racial, yet you threw up that song as if it was some kind of expression of racial pride. Imagine a white person throwing up NATO symbols everywhere and identifying themselves with them- it wouldn't make any sense, would it?

The ASEAN is defintely a racial group. If not, then why isn't Papua new guinea or East timor in ASEAN?

You realize that nothing separates those two countries from Indonesia. They are on the Same Island.


Is the EU geopolitical? or Racial? Wasn't there talk of Haiti joining the African Union. How is that possible if there wasn't any sort of Racial Elements to these super-national Organizations. Why Haiti and not Mexico?


I don't really care about who is superior or not. I am concerned by what determines race. What is the basis of race?

I believe that Biology determines race and not culture. I raised by black people, not by Asians, yet somehow I have gravitated towards South East Asian Culture, and all my friends are South East Asian. That all happened way early in my life. Why did the culture that raised me have little impact on how a turned out? I don't sound black or even act black. If culture determines race, why did South East Asians, who came from a culture I knew nothing about, reach out to me as friends and not black people? Maybe it's because not only am I of similar phenotype to them, I also am Genetically similar? Is that not a much more consistent explanation?

I am 5'9'', and 169 lbs. I tried really hard to yoke up when I was in my early 20's. i worked really hard, but I couldn't put on any Mass. I eventually gave up. my mom is 5'10 and a bit taller than me. Most males in her family are Very athletic and put on muscle mass very easily. i didn't inherit any of that unfortunately.

I can't grow a beard either.
