It isn’t but at the simplest form it is bad financial decision making. Granted it’s extenuating factors on how people find their way into this situation. I've taken payday loans out before. Those fukkers will do everything to get you to pay the full amortized amount. I can't remember all the bullshyt, but it was stuff like no 2 payments in a day, could only be paid in the same dollar amount as the agreed payment. I think I tried to pay it off early and completely, nope.
