Who owns Tubi? Seems like its movies are made on a WIC check budget

Tubi is basically just a better organized Amazon Prime Video, since Prime Video was where most of this stuff was a few years ago, with a somewhat decent amount of good movies still available on there. They're just handing out dirt cheap deals to distributors working with the independent filmmakers/studios that make these movies, and padding out their library.

The most likely fukked up part is that the real revenue from Tubi is based off of ads, similar to YouTube. Since it's business, there's a more than likely chance that the distributors are probably fukking over some of these people who actual made the movies on whatever cut of the ad revenue the movie is earning via the distribution deal.

I see posts for movies that are so terribly bad, it seems like a purposeful formula.

Not shocked to see Fox Television owns Tubi, though a little surprised to see the CEO

(Relax, it’s the wife who’s CEO, Anjali Sud formerly CEO of Vimeo)

She used to be at Vimeo and recently replaced the founder (one of) and former CEO of Tubi

Now I’m not sure if Tubi has always been like it is what that Section-8 programming, but are other races made to look as bad in their movies?

It’s a viable way for indie filmmakers to make an income. Long as it isn’t doing anything illegal or sex trafficking then it’s all good. If these films and shows can get an audience then by all means. You don’t have to watch it.

That’s nice. YouTube is the same outlet.

As asked before, since I don’t watch Tubi, are other races made to look as bad in their movies? Legit asking since I don’t watch that channel and had to search to see who was/is in charge of programming

Yes. Black folks mostly watch black films. There’s a Mexican film called Leap Year where the b1tch gets peed on. Real pee.

Races aren't made to look anything. Tubi is a user driven platform

I watched some Tubi movies last weekend and they were actually decent; one was called Sinister Assistant and the other was Faithful
