First off a date should be with a woman that you have a connection with and are looking to get to know them better in a scenario that is implicitly romantic. If you are taking chicks out on dates just to get laid then you're hustling backwards and might as well have used that money for a pro or something. On a real date you're allowed to want to pay for the woman as a sign of courtesy and means. It's not that you have to it's that you should want to as dates are a form of courtship where both parties must display their attractive qualities as a long term commitment. If you really like a woman and want to impress her then you would take control of the evening.

I've always believed that whoever initiated the first date should pay (which is usually the man in most cases). A lot of men though (just like stated in the video) are going to be a gentleman and pay.

However, after the relationship is established then we should definitely take turns paying.

I took my husband out to dinner last weekend...there's nothing wrong with that.

The same way men get to decide what women are "supposed" to do lol. Men tell their sisters, daughters, friends how a man is supposed to treat them...from a male perspective. So when a woman is not treated that way is she still supposed to think of that guy as a "real" man? Men always talk about being providers and hunters. So if you aren't doing either...then what are you?

Men get paid more than women.

That's because men are in fields that pay more, not necessarily because there's a wage gap.

If a man and woman both work the same job, they will be paid pretty damn close.

Men are also more likely to push for a higher salary, work more because women take time off due to pregnancy etc.

That's not true at all. I don't play games with women at all and have still had women play games with me.

Also people attract all sorts of individuals, it's just those they choose and choose to stay with.

Right. That's why I said 9/10. There are silly stupid women out there. But most people can weed them out quickly, keep going AND know that the next woman may not be like that. My issue is with guys who act like every woman is using them financially so they are reluctant to pay for date.
