I can't believe nikkaz never heard the advance copy of Last meal:mindblown: nikkaz out in La were eatting good off that version. I was lo key diss appointed when last meal came out because I had like the advance so much. Props to the poster dropping the link to the advance copy I haven't heard that shyt ages. Somebody should make a best of snoop unrealeased music; the advance copies Paid the cost and R&G all had a lot of pretty dope ass tracks that should have made the retail version. nikkaz talk about Nas unrealeased shyt; snoop has a lot great unreleased tracks. Throw in "may I" and change gone come and someone can put together a classic Snoop Dogg lost tapes.

Exactly, I remember getting the retail version, and mad as fukk Heavy on my mind, NO Bacctracking, and Hot Pursuit, weren't on, it made light weight hate on a solid album

:pacspit: at Suge for leaking 2 Snoop albums, you take half of the songs on each, and he had some outstanding material to play around with

So much piff, it's clear he stop giving a fukk after the Last meal period though:snoop:

i mean its tought to say, I didnt like Paid the Cost at allll but it wasnt because he wasnt trying, he just did a complete u turn from the heavy west coast stuff and got with premo and neptunes, no dre beats, almost as if he purposefully turned his back

objectively i think paid the cost was a solid album i just didnt like it, i didnt like the flavour...stoplight, lollipop, suited and booted, boss playa, ballin, pimp slapped, long beach to brick city, the one and only, i miss that biitch, paperd up...all dope...oh and boss would like to see you :ohlawd:

but paid the cost had a good 7 wack tracks...and after NLTD, Last Meal and the Eastsidaz...man anything more than 3 wack tracks I cant fukk with...and even the dope tracks..none of them STAND OUT...

r and g...half the album was wack

blue carpet was actually a really dope album. it wasnt near classic status like Last Meal or the first Eastsidaz...but its definitely a top 5 Snoop album...cut 3-5 songs off that 20 plus tracklist and its a near classic

He was back on his a game for that one. He gave up after Blue Carpet

Ego Tripping was the last Snoop album I bought...shyt had 5 dope tracks thats it...I havent even heard Malice in Wonderland or Doggumentary...its sad really

I agree with Paid Da Cost. Its one of his worst albums but it had some classic cuts there. Ballin' is one of my favorite Snoop tracks period.

I gave Malice N Wonderland a couple of listens but I wasn't feeling it at all apart from a track or 2 same with Ego Tripping. Never even bothered with Doggumentary.

The last Snoop album I heard in entirety and liked was his joint with Wiz, Mac and Devin Go To High School. Solid album. It was only 12 tracks as well, so no filler.

Snoop always fukked up by putting 19-21 tracks on his albums other than Doggystyle. He does it cause he grew up between 19th and 21st street in Long Beach. If he trimmed the fat (filler) on most of his albums he'd have more classics.

Definitely agree with this. I've been saying this for years.

And I didn't know why he always insisted on having 19 to 21 songs on his albums till a few years ago when I heard it was for the reason u mentioned. I read that somewhere, forget where...
