Neither son, just look at their discographies. Snoop has been more relevant in music and making more relevant music longer than Cube has. Cubes ventured into movies, commercials, etc, but in terms of hip-hop Snoop has had longevity on his side. Cubes last REAL hit was Back Into It in 2000.

Cube because of his first two classics and Straight Outta Compton. Snoop is automatically second for 2001 and Chronic, let alone Doggystyle (ultimate party album). Game is nice but he's never dropped a classic.
