That album was better than anything Cube and Snoop dropped from lets say post 1997
And ever since Game has come out, he has made better albums better than both
I think this is a fair comparison at the very least

As for longevity in the game,
Snoop Dogg hands down.
Ice Cube debut and follow up is revealed as classic and everybody recommends/worship it.
The documentary is a classic.
I'd say solo cube debut was the best,
Snoop debut took hip hop to another level.

i dont see how anybody can say snoop had more longevity than cube.
snoop only had 1 album where he was seen as a force. the rest of this is him playing the game and parlaying himself into more of a hip-hop icon than a rapper. hes basically been a singles artist for the past 15 years. missy elliot status.
ice cube was a force for 10 years. from "straight outta compton to the player's club". people went from pre-school to high school while cube was a force thru 2 golden eras.
and even in his
days, hes on equal ground with snoop. only difference is, cube's music is independent while snoop stays with a machine behind him. give cube's promotion to snoop and watch snoop fade into oblivion.

I'm giving Snoop credit for The Chronic along with Dre. He was all over that album. Doggystyle was a certifiable, no discussion-needed classic. Death Row doesn't become what it became without Snoop as its ace. Throw in mastering the Southern style in the late 90s and managing to stay relevant (musically) for damn near 20 years (I do think this Snoop Lion bullshyt will finally be the end of him) is pretty insane.

For his own albums, I'd say 08 with Ego Tripping (Blue Carpet was pretty well-received, so a lot of people were checking for Ego Trippin, and it had the Sexual Eruption single that was being played everywhere). For the record, Blue Carpet treatment was his last "good" album to me. He's still getting features as well though (Tech N9ne, Wiz, even Katy $#@% Perry (). Just speaking for my area (Houston), I can't remember the last time people were checking for Cube (not since the Lil' Jon Crunk Juice Days anyway).
