Maybe for a few months, or something but to live? Nah
No places to park, those Cabs cost a grip and I ain't trying to be on no subway all the time. The rent there is worse than it is in L.A., The weather is bad...
They have some fine females there (but what major city doesn't?), and of course if you have a great job I'm sure its dope but I don't really see whats so appealing about living there.
What I pay for a 2-story 2,000 ft house in the burbs of Dallas would barely get me a one bedroom apartment out there..

The high cost of living is the only flaw of this city 
And maybe no nice parks in black neighborhoods
Unless Prospect Park is nice but based on the stories I hear about that park....
Having to walk though some of these neighborhoods to get to the Hudson River Park
This winter I'm gonna try out Prospect Park since its closer to Flatbush (
) maybe its more down to earth there and I wouldn't seem so out of place.

The only thing that stops me is the high rent. I actually prefer cold weather as well and their winters isn't like Chicago winters.
The high rent + weather are the only drawbacks. The subway was fun and easy when I visited but I'm not sure how much I'd enjoy it on a schedule.
