seen a couple posters saying ground techniques do not work in a street fight
They can work, but ground work in a street fight situation is dangerous cuz it leaves you vulnerable to getting snuck by outside parties. The slams alone, especially on concrete, should be enough. If you must do more, ground and pound.

a jiu jitsu guy would have been able to roll through that throw but since this clown was not trained in the gentle arts he face planted like a bozo.

overall I give that throw a seven because ideally she would have rolled him on his back and then basically somersaulted over his torso but because this idiot did not know how to defend the throw he just ate the ground and she had nothing to continue her forward momentum with because she was braced against his teeth in the dirt

As someone who takes Judo, her execution was actually quite good considering she was fighting on the fly. She was patient saw an opening and essentially bided her time, now ideally you want to get the guy to do a complete flip and land flat on his back because an experienced fighter would attempt to blunt the fall and do a shoulder roll but you can't argue with the result.
