then babies
[although if the babies are acting up they may get a plate first so they dont annoy the mr when hes trying to eat and relax.]
then big kids
then i check on everyone one more time
then i make myself a plate if im gonna eat.

I can tell you're a single mother that deals in bums and gutter men. If you could get a man that takes care of you, your kids and the home, you wouldn't ask questions like that.

Well you need to work on your analytical skills.

Couple of things
1) I'm male
2) age 27
3) Have my own career ( I don't need a sponsor, but if you want to help with my student loans I would gladly accept)
4)Parents have been married 32 years ( So I like to believe my up bringing was very good.
5) Mom is college educated ( BSN, MS) and has career, and would never put her kids second in reference to food.
6)Father is also reasonably educated ( Associates in criminal justice), also would never allow us to eat after him. * Do agree about the big piece of chicken though.

A lot of dude on here are lost and don't know how to were the pants in a household. I'm here to be an OG uncle like figure to you all. If you're a man that works hard, pays a majority of the bills, taking care of her car and the crib. You better be getting that hot big piece of chicken ASAP.

Lets not act like it don't happen, marriage is 100 about respect, all relationships are.

Both those norms were established when men had the upper hand. Women didn't work, and no options but to stay in the marriage. Again you do with you want, how you want, just thought I would add to the conversation.
