Honestly I wouldn't mind that space,I'm like 5'11 and I remember my room in college being literally only 15% bigger than that. A short person could rock with that easily

Me and my girl pay $3600 in Brooklyn, split 50/50. We live in a high rise with a skyline view though. Mind you, we're still under the 30% rule. We both make over 6 figs.
