I'm a medium rare-medium type of fella. But you can definitely make a juicy well done steak. They key is not poking and prodding it, and getting a proper sear to lock in the juices and flavors.
It still wont compete flavor and savor wise with the medium cook tho. And the texture on the well done is a disservice to steak lol.

If you want well done, save yourself the money and time and cook some $3 ankle cut steak at home then slather with soy sauce, steak sauce, ketchup and all that other shyt.

The only time I've eaten medium steak is when the chef didn't listen to my orders and I was too hungry to wait for him to fix it.
